President & CEO - V I Engineering
At V I Engineering, Inc. Mr. Jacobs has been the leader and motivator in a company that has earned a reputation for doing quality work at a fair price. Under his guidance, the company has attained the status of Select Alliance partner to National Instruments of Austin, TX. Only 11 other companies worldwide share this status, although the Alliance network has more than 500 member companies. Mr. Jacobs has played a major role in hiring quality employees, including experienced managers for the operating units. Read More

COO - V I Engineering
Dean Streck, a BSEE Dean's List graduate from Lehigh University, joined V I Engineering in January 1994 as a Sales Engineer. He has refined the sales proposal approach to include templates, checklists, and review procedures that have contributed overall to lowering the project overrun rate by 10%. These procedures have aided in the training of new sales engineers and have been essential in the "up to speed" growth for many new employees. Read More
