Camaco
Two stands were produced for Camaco that test nine types of seat backs functionally. The test is plane and straight forward for the manufacturing environment. Text for each step is displayed for the worker. Indicators show when a seat back and shafts are ship position or if they are high or low. Red and green indicators inform the worker of the results of each test. The machine is designed with safety in mind for both the worker and the delicate parts of the stand. Results compared to expectations for each step are saved for each completed test in a simple to read spreadsheet format. Data is organized by part number, date, and time for tracking of part failures.
